Operations Analytics was in Module 3. The subjective was to make us understand how companies to gain advantages through operations (minimum cost but with high quality) There were lectures, case discussions and individual assignments.

Pre-Module

There were 4 case studies I needed to read before joining the class.

  2. Supply Chain Coordination and Contracts in the Sharing Economy—a Case Study at Cargo
  3. Managing Champagne Inventory in a Liquor Store
  4. OTTO Development Corporation Case

In-Class

This class was taught by Professor Maxime Cohen. He taught us starting by mentions theories, and then illustrated using case studies.
